I bought a new Volcano S30 and finally got it started. but the wheels wont turn and the clutch housing starts smoking, what do i do its new out of the box.

Yeah, it sure did. I got it running good finally. Drove 4 tanks through it the other day with no problems really. Need to adjust the brakes though as they dont grab good. i played with the carb adjustments while driving it and could tell the difference just a small turn did in performance. the only other thing i noticed was the clutch bell heated up a little to where it changed colors a little on 1 end. I cartwheeled the thing multiple times and didnt break anything yet
