RPM rims work really well, but you need to think about the tires you want to put on. Some of those pro line tires are really heavy, and will definetly slow down your volcano. I bought some proline flat iron tires, and mounted them on RPM clawz rims, and my tsunami doesn't like them at all. They slow it down considerably. If you want big tires without the weight, you might want to look at the 2.8 wheels and find some tires that aren't as heavy as those masher tires. Those mashers are gonna be heavy.

I recently got a set of Pro-Line Speed Paws [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDT95&P=7]http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXDT95&P=7[/link]. They are made from one of Pro-Lines harder compounds. It says DC47 on the side of the tire. The Trac-Ta-Gators and Dirt Paws are made from the same compound. The Speed Paws came without foam. When I asked about it, the LHS said some of them that use the stiff compound do not use foam. I thought you always used foam in your tires. Do you buy their explanation? Or do you think I need inserts?

And yes, I would expect the Agitator rims would work. Obviously, use the ones for a driven wheel like the Jato rears. A front rim for a 2WD vehicle will not work. Any 12mm hex rim is likely to work. You just have to be careful when selecting 2.2 inch rims instead of 2.8s like the stock rims. There are some 2.2s that will hit the hubs since the inside diameter is smaller and has less room for the hubs. Personally, I like to go to the LHS and test fit to be sure. But I also have a Jato, so if I buy wheels that do not work on the Volcano, they will work on it.
