The Monsoon can be started by a starter box.
When I went to the lhs sometime ago for an engine for my Monsoon the people there said it's designed for a bump start engine. When I asked if an OS .28 XZ is good to use in the Monsoon on the engine forum someone said I can't use a starter box on the Monsoon without mods.

If you get a bump start engine for it and remove the 4 little shims from under the engine then yes you can start it with a bump box
