Default Need help figuring out this spur gear please.

I need to replace my spur gear with a smaller one. Problem is I am having trouble finding one that works.

The one I am replacing is the stock Tsunami EPX spur gear. (installed it on my brushless motor) It is gold in color and is 18Tooth.

The catch is I don't want the same gear... I want one with LESS teeth... I would like a 15Tooth or 16Tooth.

Is this a Tamyia gear? Anyone know what I need to look for? pitch? etc...

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

It is an 0.7 module pitch. Some of the older Tamiya's use them.

I took it to my LHS today and they told me I was wrong when I said I thought it was .7 pitch. They said that was "way off" Told me they can't help me and anything they had would strip out for me.

That being said.... going there was "a shot in the dark" as they have proven in the past that I can have NO faith in them. And they try as hard as they can to avoid helping you.

But it was enough to confuse me about it again.

Here is one I found at Tower... Just don't want to waste any more money "trying" it. Do you think this one would work?

Dont know what the Juggernaut 2 was but that is probably irrelevant.
