I bet they will...you just need proof of purchase from a authorized dealer...and a paypal receipt is proof...would be upsetting if they didnt accept it

Every body seems to be down south I need to move not very many hobbie shops around me any where from 1hr to 4hrs away and the local redcat dealer is 4hrs away so I do everything on line so redcat should even have a copy some where if it does happen I hope it dont!

dont feel bad Bill....closest real lhs to me is 120 miles one way...as u can expect I do most my shopping online..when I do make the drive for fuel I buy a few gallons at a time...lol....
just because a lhs sells a certain brand does not mean they will always have the parts you need in stock...and if they have to order them you can order them yourself online just as easy and prolly save a few bucks as they can..you also may get it just as fast

We are very lenient with the engine program so just as long as you have some kind of proof you have a Redcat is all we need.

Saw this thread and frantically started looking for my recipe. found it in my truck in the glove compartment. scanned it and now have 2 copies. one at work and one at home. will definately use this program once the vertex engine i have no longer performs or work.

I recieved a twistcarb on my new replacement SH.18 from the Redcat warehouse and when I was told to comeback and get the right one, insteadI was given my old pull carb. and told that they no longer stock the pull carbs and that i could find one online. Breaking in my new engine on my 2 mo old Caldera was a total disaster. I'm switching to EXCEED they have a SH.21 on a 1/8 scale truck for $199.00 and their new .21's are 60 bucks. Redcat has lost my trust.
