I've been looking around and have found that there aretons of "clear" lexan buggy bodies made,for all kinds of different 1/10 scale buggy kits.. (Unfortunately, none of themthat I've found werefor a RedcatRacing Tornado)Has anyone found one that'll fit the Tornado??Doesnt seem like it'd be all that difficult to mod one, as long as it was semi close to start with.. Thanks for any info!!I'd like to paint up a custom body for mine, but really dont want to do the "soak in acetone" or whatever ya need to do, to get the paint off the stock body.. So. does anyoneknow where ya can getclear bodies for theRedcat 1/10 Tornado/Shockwave chassis?? Thanks!!

Redcat did sell it at one time it was part number 6027 but does not come up any more. I will call them in the am. Btw why don't you just go for that nice Pink one they have

They have a PINK one?! My girlfriend would die to have a pink body, spoiler, and wheels!

I got a clear shell for my Hurricane XTR, now I want them for my three Tornado's!

All I could find there were pre-painted bodies (for 1/10 buggy)..

Cool, thanks!! They took my money so hopefully they have em in stock! Unfortunately, I didnt notice till afterward that they dont come with the wing..

Oh man that sucks, well you could always just run with the wing you got, or you could email them real fast and see if they can throw in a wing before they ship it out and you can pay some more.

Doubt they have them. That site looks like it has not been updated in a while. Some of those models are a couple years old.
I would call them to see where your money went .
You can put any 1/10 scale body on the tornado. You may have to trim or punch for the mounts. Most blanks come untrimmed and unpunched.

Yep, they didnt have them either.. Got an email that said my paypal account had been credited back the money I paid.. I've been looking at bodies and comparing their dimensions, and all the buggies I've found arent even close to the dimensions of my Tornado body.. These bodies are alot wider than most buggies.. I guess I'll just wait and see if U********* gets some in next month..   

Anyone heard anything on the clear bodies coming back into stock this month??? I'll take 2 if anyone can get there hands on em.. Thanks..
