I have a buggy, volcano, and a lightning. my buggy turned into a parts car :-( but the most common problem I am finding is that my gas break servo has gone out on me 3 times. after getting about 3 to 4 tanks in the lightning the servo stuck and caused the car to run into a wall. this was not good, because I didnt have a fail safe on. But since then 2 more have not worked correctly. Any ideas for upgrades on servos? And if this is a problem for anyone else?

You might have a radio interference problem or glitch. If you turn on the car and the remote right now, will the servo work at all? or does the servo no longer respond. Try to field test the radio with the car not running. If the problem does not happen have a second person hold the car in position while the car is running and walk away with the remote and see if it tries to take off on its own. If it does make sure you have fresh batteries in the radio and rec, the radio wires in the radio box (servo wires & battery wires) on the car are not crossing or wrapped around the antenna wire of the receiver.

Ya its probably a glitch not a servo. Tower hobbies has a 2.4ghz for only 80 bucks, and recievers are 25 each. Thats cheap. Why is the buggy a parts car, whats missing now?

Make sure ya always have fresh batteries in there.. It dont take very much of a voltage drop and they'll start glitching and locking up.. My nitro Tornado (1/10 buggy) can lower a regular set of alkalines, enough to start having glitch problems, in a half day of bashing.. Seems like it only took around 6 or 7 tanks of fuel to start glitching on the last pack I had in there.. I've gone to rechargeables now.. Good luck with yours!!
