does anybody know where I can get metal gears for a twospeed tranny on a tornado bb

Sorry, havent heard of any metal gears, but ya might try and match your plastic ones up with some HPI's.. I know they have a 2 speed tranny, but not sure if they make metal gears for it or not? Luckily, the spur gears is something I've not had any problems with, with my Tornado.. (Just an FYI, I set my gear mesh so it's about as tight as you can get it, but with the slightest movement between the pinion/clutch and spur) I posted a pic of my gear mesh one time, should still be on here.. It looks "tight" but there's a hair of free play still.. My gears still look fairly new, and Iv'e had em' out numberous times to look at em, while messing with the 2 speed tranny.. Good luck!!
