check to see if you lost a dog bone or one of the set screws backed on one of your yokes. Make sure the servo's are pluged tight in the reciever, and your trims on your radio are set goodluck!!

i looked at the rear drive shaft and it looks like theres a screw missing that is ment to be inside the end of he drive shaft cause the fwd side has one in it and when i spin the back wheels the front dont move and when i spin the back wheels the front doesent move and when its runing the front wheels only work but when im at home looking at it trying to find the problem i push the drive shaft closer to the transmision (well thats what i think it is) and spin the back wheels the front move ext but it doesent stay in that spot where 4wd works.  thanks for the help lvh

Here's a pic of a dogbone. (They fit into drive "cups" ) the cups have a setscrew that lock them onto the posts of the transmission or differentials, and it sounds like your missing a setscrew from one of your "cups".. Look around in your box, perhaps it fell out and is still there? If you've already run the car, chances are it's lost.. You need to get some blue locktite and do all the setscrews in the drive cups, and the motor mount screws (at the minimum) any screw that goes into aluminum or metal needs locktite on a nitro car. I even started loosing wheel nuts after removing and replacing the wheels a few times, so put some on those too if ya take the wheels off more than once or twice! Good luck!! (Ya might be able to find a setcrew at your local hobby shop or perhaps an Ace Hardware? Just take one from the other cup, to match up.. (Or they'll send ya one Im sure, but that'll take a few days and your prolly ready to play now!  OK here's the pic..

its important when receiving a rc to check them over real well (I personally totally disassymble em) and check all the screws and locktite the ones that are metal to metal....I do not however locktite my engine mount screws (the ones holding the mount to the chassis).. reason being is the engine mount aluim is soft and although its easy to get the locktite off the screw it isnt so easy to get it out of the hole...I've stripped the threads on numorous engine mounts due to this....I pull my engines frequently for maintanance and cleaning...every since I've quit putting locktite on them and just check them quite frequently I have yet to strip the threads on the mounts....
