HI, I WANT TO KNOW IF REDCAT WILL GET SOME BRUSHLESS UPGRADES FOR THE SUMO, I SAW ON AN EARLIER POST THAT SAYS IN FEBRUARY WILL BE SOME, BUT I DONT SAW ANYTHING, THANKS....

450- At this point in time there are no brushless options for the Sumo series from us but this is something we have talked about looking into.

You can use the Mamba micro brushless system(esc and motor Combo) in them, BUT you have to be careful of the plastic diff and spur gears. The brushless motor has more torque and power. You need to take off carefully as to not strip them. Ya also have to strip all the original electronics out and add a micro receiver and sub-micro servo for the steering.

<div>I have a Lightning EXP drift I switched out the stock motor and speed controller to a Castle Side Winder brushless 5700 Kv. I have been really happy with it and it all fit in with no problems.</div>
