Default Diff Grease

Am gearing up to start racing my newly converted Backdraft 8e(formerly Earthquake 8e) at the local track Already been out on it numerous times getting use to the car. the diffs are untouched stock diffs (not the ring and pinion part) I am talking about the part that does the slipping w/ the spider gears in it. Some guysjust pack grease in them and others run diff oil ie: 7,000 in the front 10,000 in center and 1-2,000 in rear at the track.
Anyone on this......................Thanks
