RE: Quickly QHOR or SPA3D!!
Why limit to one or the other?
After all planes arent jealous like women.
Your SPA3DT will get along just fine with your HOR.
Bet you cant say that about your "significant other"
I have both, but I will never forget the experience my first HOR gave me

RE: Quickly QHOR or SPA3D!!
The QHOR is easier to fly. A good plane for a newbie to start SPADing with.
I have one QHOR and two SPA3Ds..
I plan to build a SPA3DT, but one QHOR is enough.
Don't think I'll ever build another.
I really like the QHOR, but wouldn't think of building
a bigger or smaller one.
But, a big GMS 76 on a SPA3DT sounds very interesting!

I LOVE the radical performance of the Spa3d, but you do occasionally miss the rock solid stable high alpha fly-bys that the Qhor performs better. There is deffinately a good reason to build and fly both.

I agree with rlt55.
I built my QHOR first and had (still have it) a blast with it.
If (when) it gets crashed beyond repair(it has already been through hell). I don't think I would build another.
I then built a SPAD3D and it is my favorite plane to fly hands down (THANK YOU TATTOO).
I agree it's not as easy to fly as my QHOR but thats what I like about it, it is a more radical flying piece of coroplast.
I'm one of the reasons the AMA is outlawing tail tapping. I think my wife called them. I'v been spending a lot on props learning to do it.

Build a coro UCD3D, then you can spend more on props!!!!!!
Incidentally, thats what I plan to do if i smash my UCD, take the parts back and use them as templates to build a coro version.
Now if I can oly find the time to assemble mine (been in its box since March 2003)[&o]
