I am building a fun fly wing with a fully symmetrical airfoil and I was wondering if the sharp leading edge would effect performance because I wanted a fat leading edge. just wondering if there was a way to round the leading edge a bit.

triple score it 1/4" between scores. Makes it round enough the air doesn't know the difference.

Thanks a lot, I'll try that, I tried slicing the backside of the flutes but it didnt work. I appreciate the advice.

I think I might have thought of a good way to do a nice round LE with a cardboard tube, I'll let you know how it works.
