Default "corner" formers for slightly larger corofuses

For a basic square corofuse, when you want something a little bigger than 2.5", but not 4" fence post. This one is about 3". I cut 3" American pvc formers into fours and glued them in. Works great, it's extremely stiff, just as stiff as the usual way, and I haven't yet installed the firewall.

Great idea! I wonder if you could heat those corners with a heat gun to put a taper in them to aid in a coro tapered fuse?
