I buy online, 2mm and 4mm from Harbor Sales. I usually buy 4'x8' sheets cut down to 24"x48" and its delivered to my house the next afternoon (I live in Maryland). Two 4x8 sheets usually makes 3 or 4 planes, depending on how carefully I plan them out.

I use the leftovers from my sign printing business. I always buy a sheet or two extra in case I mess one up. Brand new Coroplast, for free! Sometimes it's hard to get 2-mil in the colors I want, so I buy what I can get, when I can get it.

Where or what type of place are you buying the coroplast from? Is it solid or does it have the honey comb in the center???

The art supply stores sell it. Looks like card board--it's smooth plastic on the out side and honey combed on the inside for strength it is very lite and strong. The signs they use for voting posters when it's time to vote are made with it. This may not be the same thing. Is Cloroplast the same thing that the indoor flyers are made of????

jetranger-RCU,

Are you sure your not describing coroplast, and using "honeycomb" to describe how it is fluted. Check [link=http://www.cullytechnologies.com/demo/h2orockets/images/full/p6010044.jpg]this out[/link] and see if this is what you are talking about.

I buy mine from a local sign shop here in Abilene TX. I actually get a great deal. He orders it for me for cost, which is only $7. Great deal from what I have heard from others. I have bought probabaly 8 sheets total. Oh yeah it is always 4 mil. Hopefully he will be able to get some 2 mil soon. I have not used it and would like to see how it works.
