That is what I use also. I purchased mine from Harbor Sales so it can be the exact color as the Coroplast I purchase from there. I must say that my sign vinyl does not cover mistakes, it makes improvements. Ha. Ha.

I currently use Gorilla glue.. Small amount fills the gap, apply waxed paper and weight and let it dry.The result if done right is a mold fitted filler that is smooth and paintable. It does add weight tho. I will eventually get sign vinyl, even found a reasonable source just don't have the capitol to invest right this instant.
