Full Scale Bugatti 100P
I saw this article online and had to post it. This is so awesome. You have to click on the Kickstarter page to to see the video of it rolling down the runway. Just too cool. All pylon racers should get a kick out of this.

Very cool.
Typical Bugatti, ugly in a handsome sort of way. From the side it looks like a bullet with wings, very forward thinking for its day. Had the plane flown with its original powerplants, and held together, it may well have achieved its goals. From a power to drag standpoint, it looks better than modern Unlimited racers, and they hit 500. The recreation looks quite underpowered with motorcycle engines, but it flew. The design was sound, again, typical Bugatti.
