tail rotor trim

can someone tell me why i cant control the tail rotor. soon as i lift off the ground, the tail wants to go to the left. no right. whats wrong. any ideas?

What kind of radio, what kind of heli, what kind of gyro?

If it pirouttes to the left, you may need to reverse the gyro compensation.
