I want something in a 1/47 scale with the following features:

-looks like an American Sikorski helicopter with wheels, rolling landing gear
-working navigation lights
-on-board camera that can take live video or stills
--can present a live bird's eye view as if pilot were sitting in cockpit flying
-a means for the r/c pilot on the ground to monitor what the on-board camera sees while the bird is in flight
-GPS stabilization
-telemetry like battery level and such

What is sold in America, product wise, that can satisfy my wants?

pretty much nothing...
This is way to small for everything that you are describing..

You could go 500 size or better yet 600 sized but you would have to complete it yourself. There are Blackhawk helicopter fuselages with rolling wheels and there is a modeller that put an on board camera (First person view) but to fly any scale RC helicopter in thes manner it takes skill... and to build skill it takes time and effort.
