Default Nav. Lights Causing Servo Jitters

Need Help! I purchased a very cheap set of led nav. lights from Hobby King. I am having interference issues. They are installed in a Raptor 30 nitro, with a JR XP642. I am powering them with their own 9V battery. There are 2-solid white, 1- solid green, 1solid red, 2-red beacon, 2-white strobe. I get the jitter no matter if one, or all of the lights are plugged in. I even get it by just touching the negative terminal to the 9V battery. I have tried wrapping the receiver in foil, the light unit in foil, still getting jitters, coiling up the extra wire from the lights. Any suggestions??
