Using an OS .46AXII. Pictures tell the story.
Basic preplanning
cutting the ribs
2x hacksaw blades together to slot out the leading and trailing edges for the 1/16th ribs
first ribs down on a 5mm2 spar
nice joints thanks to the razor saw.
1/16th sheeting
2 1mm ply sandwiched together to make a curved wing joiner
wingjoiner in place
1mm ply sheerwebbing epoxied in over the wing joiner
starting the bottom wing
measuring the servo slots
carving the trailing edge
nice smooth tips
drawing up the HS
HS gluing
drawing up the fuselage plane
1mm aluminium sheet for the carbanes
all the plywood fuselage parts layed out
gluing the doubler on the 2mm balsa sheeting
3mm longerons
dry fit to check progress, looks straight so far
