Elliptical foam wings
RCM ran an article several years ago on how to cut elliptical foam wings with a hot wire. The technique required careful measurement and twisting of the foam during the cutting process. Does anyone know how I can find which issue this article was in? I've tried emailing RCM but have not received a reply in over a week.

I don't know which issue it was in. But, Feather Cut has a video on this. It is the same video that was shipped with my feather cut system.

Albert sent me a scan of the article. It looks pretty involved with the jigs that are needed to hold the foam blank in proper position but I'm sure it's easier after you cut a test wing or two. I'll check out Feather Cut as well.
