Default Constant cross section wing?

Hi guys,

Does this mean all of the ribs are of the same length and height? I am building from very vague descriptions and 3-view drawings, and it appears that way. But when one reads the above, does it mean that all of the ribs are of the same size?

Thanks in advance!
