Kevin, go to this address:
www.georgiacombat.com then click on "glow engine rc combal" then click on "techniques and building links" then on "weight driven foam cutter plans". I think that should do it for you. There are other places that sell the stuff already made and you can pay the cutters by making parts for others, for that go to tekoa.com.
