I am scratch building an Andrews Aeromaster from the plans and I would like to put a canopy on it. Does anyone know of a canopy that might fit or have any suggestions on making one.

Do a search on 'vacuum forming'. There are a number of threads to look at, and it's not that hard to do.

I used to make em out of a gatorade can..... Actually worked pretty well. Yet you must melt the plastic for it to come out clean.
