I remember from the 80's that we could not use polyester resins over CA glue. The resin would not set. There was a brand of resin (Trico--I beleive) the was wax free and would work. Does anyone have any info on this problem--i.e. soures, compability charts, etc.

never had that problem with polyester resin,just does not cure over epoxy.

Wax free polyesters are common at boat glassing supply outlets. They've got gallons of it at the store here.
