Custom vacuum formed parts ? Who makes them ?

Custom vacuum formed parts ? Who makes them ?
Can anyone suggest someone who will make vacuum formed parts from either a finished part and/or a dxf file ? Small lots/runs preferred (10 - 20).
I am in the process of finishing a prototype plane I would like to market as a *short kit*. The hardest part of this plane is the cowl and, if possible, I would like to include one with the short kit.
I do not have the necessary skill and/or time to try to make this part myself for kits.
Thanks

Although I'm just a hobbiest, I can pull canopies up to about 22" long and 8" wide. HOW BIG ARE THE CANOPIES YOU HAVE IN MIND?
Excuse me, cowl,.........how big is the cowl you have in mind? Would you want ABS or PET-G or some other material?
If you can provide the finished plug, I'll be very reasonable!

This is for a cowl. It is about 7"in diameter and about 4 3/4" long. It will need to be of fairly heavy material since the engine and the muffler will be totally enclosed (40 - 60 size). I can provide a finished cowl and/or a dxf file (cad).

This should be a "piece-o-cake" I'd think ABS in .060" to .080" would be best. I may be able to find Lexan in that thickness but most of what I've seen is clear. It might be difficult to paint. Is this a cylinderical cowl? Does it have scale features?

It doesn't have "scale features" per say. I have included a couple of links so you can get an idea of the shape - it is a little hard to describe.
http://www.grunes.demon.co.uk/Pages/Construc.htm
Shows an excellent front shape. Also the "Home" at the bottom of the page.
http://www.cropp.demon.co.uk/FW/
then click on fw56.htm The "Another Picture" gives a better view of the cowl.
Wish I could say that the one shown was my model.
The cowl is actually from the end of the exhaust forward. I am not putting the exhaust manifolds on the cowl. If someone wants to get THAT scale consious they can make some and CA or screw them to the cowl. :-)
