I used to use Dynamic Balsa

They did excellent work. They have since sold off their foam cutting business to another guy. I have not used him so I can't vouch for him.

The best by far is Bob Mellon at flyingfoam.com. The accuaracy is perfect. His tolerance specification is 1/32 inch but let me tell you, he does much better. Here are some examples. Dan.

Anyone tried the AMA's foam core cutting service? I've not heard any comments either way on them.
