Default Wing hold down configuration

I am scratch building a 90 size fun fly plane using wing tubes. My inner two ribs are lite ply and I will have 2 each 1/4"dowels pinned into the fuselage and a hold down bolt. This is my question. Right now my design has a 5/8” dowel that glues to these two ply ribs that is tapped for a 1/4-20 bolt. Is this OK for a nylon bolt or should it be aluminum? See attached picture.

The tension load on the bolt will be small.
As long as there's long tubes in the wings that plug into the center section tubes, you should be OK.
