My father built this Elder 20 back in 1989, but never flew it. He passed in 1995. In 2000, I came across the float kit for it, so I built the floats and converted it to fly off water. It’s powered by a Magnum .30 FMS and is 3 channel. It’s an absolute blast to fly and shoot splash and go’s. I am always saying “thanks Dad” when I fly it!!!

I had one to back in the day with an OS 40 4 stroke and scratch built floats,, so much fun slow flying and touch and goes

this is only the 3rd one I have seen !!!! I came across the float kit on eBay. I did not know that Top Flite had even made floats for it.

Well,, there's going to be a 4th, I picked up this one a couple years ago,, intend to put floats on it soon,

Im sure that will be a blast on floats.
