Default Cunningham Floats

Just a note to say I built a pair of floats from the article by Chuck Cunningham that I downloaded . Very inexpensive and easy to make. I put them on a Sig SE that has a Magnium .61 FS on it. They worked very well. The only change I made was to glue two pieces of triangle stock on the bottom of each float to help with skidding.
Just wanted to say that once again Chuck knew what he was talking about.

Randy: Judging from the skid marks, I feel compelled to tell you that the noisy end SHOULD go in front.

Yea..I taxied right up the driveway in front of the house so I wouldn't have to go far to get my camera. Its setting on some hard pack snow/ice where we drive. 50ft straight ahead and a hard right and I'm on the runway along the North side of my house.. Its the only good thing about winter.. : )
