GP 60 float kit instructions???
#1
Does anybody have float kit instructions for the Great Planes Sport Float Kits? I have the 60 size version from a friend who didnt want them but he must have lost the instructions. I'm stumped on a few things on the build and could really use the help of someone with the instructions or that has built a set of these.
Specifically on the water rudder plywood mount and the step plywood fixture.
Thanks
Chris

You can download almost all the instructions for everything GP makes,....except the floats. Those you have to order. http://www.greatplanes.com/accys/gpmq1870.html

Yeah, I noticed you can download all the intructions except for floats, thats why i posted here. I'd rather not have to buy them and wait for them. Any body have construction photos of the framed up floats? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes! please post a picture of your float! that would help a lot especially the tip of the bow, the step, and the water rudder mount on the stern. I have one float framed up but dont know where the mount for the step (that piece that sorta looks like a long "W") goes or how the rudder mount lines up to the last former I was gonna go work on it after i checked here but now i will wait till you post any pictures. Thanks a lot, I will post here again if I run into any more hang ups.

Mike,
Thanks so much for taking the time to send those pics, helped out a great deal. I was at a point where i didnt know what to do next and where a few parts went. Now I can get them finished in no time! They are a christmas gift for a friend.
