Default floats for 70" Rascal?

what would be a good set of floats for a 70" Rascal? havn't been able to contact SIG via Email. dick

Dick, you'll need a set of 40 size floats around 34"-36" but lighter than the builtup floats such as Great Planes or Carl Goldberg. A good set of foam floats would be the best. I've just started making a "slim line" version of my foam core floats for light weight planes that need the length, but not the bulk that the full size floats provide. Don't put a full size float on your plane, you won't be happy....Seaplane

I can speak very highly of Ralph Smith Floats. I have a set he just built for me. A great lite float.... And I can bet others will tell you the same about his floats.
Give him a try you won't be sorry.
