Default Multiplex Easystar mod

I am thinking of getting a Multiplex Easystar (http://www.multiplexusa.com/models/P...s/EasyStar.htm)
and converting it into a flying boat style seaplane with a ducted fan and a brushless motor.

Any ideas, comments, suggestions?

Default RE: Multiplex Easystar mod

Take a look at the Waterplane section over on RC groups you will find a link to a Video of this plane under Foam on the water......[:@]bad pun I know but theres enough clues to allow you to work it out- its like a clog shaped float under the front fuse+ wing floats......If you want to chat drop me a line...I cannot help much with fans though but I would say take a look at the Beriev Aircraft site Russia take a look at there Albatross Amphibians now think of the Twinstar as a Prototype for something scale???
