It is a Sports Aviation Sea Monster, from Global Distributing/Hobby People. Unfortunately it is discontinued.

I have one, cosmetically modified, and it is a good flyer.

JRF has a good eye. I thought it was a Neptune. but there ARE differences.

Looks like the fuel is in the fuse of pic provided by Strykass...unlike stock seamaster or neptune....if sea monster is powered by glow, I would think that a fuel pump would be required....

I don't think so. On the picture I have provided, the engine mount "backwards" extension probably holds the tank.

Right, tank and throttle servo are in the rear half of the engine pod. What you see in the picture is an extra long muffler pressure line.
