Default Herr Engineering Float Kit

For anyone who has built this float kit, what do you think about it?? Just wondered about quality of wood and parts fit. The price is right at $19.95. I need a set of floats for a small combat plane (Wild Thing). It ought to be a blast on floats, if I can just figure out how to keep the crepe paper streamer dry. The parts are laser cut and floats are 23.75" long, just the right size.

I bought a set to put on a SR Batteries "Cutie". The kit was very nicely done, built easily, and they work perfectly .. thumbs up! (ps .. I monokoted them with silver material to look sort of EDO-like...).
