Which came first?

I decided I needed a floatplane and having a spare Speed 400 on hand, I dug out an old plan sheet from RCM magazine for a Ken Willard Lil Swell. Looking through some Hobby Lobby catalogs for Speed 400 info I ran across a Hacker Osprey ARF floatplane! It was a Lil Swell copy but the motor mounted as a "pusher" and the horizontal stab set about half way up on the vertical stab. A beautiful little bird! The current catalog does not list it. An interesting note in the ad copy said the Hacker Osprey was a model of a full size "Pereira X-28A Osprey floatplane. " Yesterday I ran across yet another little floatplane, the Sea Easy by GlassAir, and its an exact dupe of the Osprey, except the motor is set in a tractor mode. The Osprey is the only one of the three that was a full size plane, but I'm wondering if the designer didn't use Willard's Lil Swell design for the Osprey? Curious huh? I don't have a date on my Lil Swell plan sheet from RCM, but probably tfrom the eary 70's. Anyone got any info which of these three planes came first?
