Nqd jet prop

Ok I've had this nqd jet I've changed the prop and main shaft now I can't get the prop to stay in place when I give it full throttle the shaft spins in the prop how do you guys fix this on yours

I'm almost positive it was home built from a kit like Dumas but if it is a Dumas it's so old they don't show it on there website. Oh well I payed 40 for it and it came with a futaba magnum jr still...

Greetings nice air boat build I was going to build one myself but found one I liked for sale and bought it it has a os 60 and spins a 12x10 prop it is a pusher I haven't experienced any over heating...
