CAN I USE MY RADIO/RECEIVER FOR UNDERWATER PURPOSE?

Hi,

Nowadays, ı am planning to make a wireless underwater camera. I am not sure if ı can use my existing transmitter (Futaba 9 Cap for airplanes) for controlling the servo to tilt the camera....

I opened the cover plate of my os 91 fx and have seen a lot of rust with oil.(attached pictures)

Is that normal or some kind of signal for a problem? How can ı wipe out these rust.?...

Can it be possible to put a flow control device between the needle valve and fuel can hose, measuring how much fuel is spent or flown at every second or minute and feedback the data to the ground...

I have exactly the same matter.
By the way, my motor is inverted, this might be one of the causes...
Pre-flight adjustments seems to be perfect but after some seconds or minutes from take-off...
