I stand corrected. When I was futzing with my 3speed I did not put the roll bar back on, so I was popping the two screws and adjusting:D

I have had no issues with the x case.......

respectfully, there are two screws that hold the top of the sav X tranny case on. If you split the case open (in half) there are six.
