ok heres the low down, i have a savage that is completely stock with the stock radio, when i turn it on all of the servos just go crazy and i have no control, what is wrong?

ok, i put brand new batteries in my controller but when i turn on my truck the wheels do a quick little flicker(which means its on right?) but my controller wont do anything! whats going on?!?!?
