Just for info . ordered fms ESKY 3D cable from MILEHIGHWINGS in Denver. Got in 3 days in Fl. My puter did not have open serial port. Used Belkin Usb to Serial adapter. Works great.

Cant speak for the others , but i have a hb2 3d .So far so good,very tough bird -several crashes in early days - break blades about every 3rd crash. Still on orginal motors.Kinda wanders in hover but...

On your transmitter its at lower left,under small cover that says 72 mhz. On heli its on receiver under small cover , other than checking that their in tight ,the only way i know to check is to swap...

I put this pipe on my sport maxx .Bolted right on,noticable power gain,not that loud,fuel consumption up-i seem to be on throttle more,cant seem to figure out fuel consumption :D.

another r/c record you got : fastest forward speed. to bad you did not try a stall and recover,you could have pulled some negative G`s -and been the first rc helio to hover with zero rotor speed !:D

make sure the small pins on the tail rotor blade have not broke off, the blade will still spin but erratic

Eggzacally what is the control that has changed,i.e. spinning cw,ccw,diving fwd,backward,sliding l,r etc. A little more info would help the guys diagnose your sick bird :D.

Remember that the batt must be unplugged for changes to the 4n1 to take effect.

I go back through the old posts that have 0 response and try to come up with answers.The ol lady says if i want to "bunny hop" ,get the heli fixed !Been hitched 31 yr --it was gitten old anyway!

check your swashplate to see if the lower half has separated from the upper half.If it has the blades will stay in negative pitch.If so,pinch the two halves together and see if liftoff is possible...

Make sure the tx throttle and its trim are all the way down before plugging in batt. If so make sure all connections are tight.Be sure to have tx on when plugging in heli batt. Hope this helps you...

There's usally a small amount of metal or "burr" at the hole. Take a small jewelers file and polish the area at the hole.Your LHS or hardware store should have them.
