No Smoke or Shadows

No Smoke and the shadows are rectangular. Is it my video card that causes this? I have the items checked in the menus. Yhis is not a problem as i can fly well. But it would be nice to have them.

For AFPD - Love that Boxxer 42

I downloaded the Boxxer 42. Wow I really like this plane. It is red transparent and you can see grass through the wings. I increased the prop size to 16 and moved the CG back 1". Fun, fun., fun....

Update on cable issue. I purchased G3 and the USB controller works GREAT with AFPD! I just leave the AFPD cable pluged in the USB port and the computer sees the G3 controller as a joy stick....

I Picked up G3 yesterday. I am using the G3 USB controller with AFPD and it works great. Too bad the AFPD cable would not work with my transmitter (Futaba T6XA). It will be better when AFPD comes out...

Yes it sees the USB cable. I don't have another radio. Is that the only test? Is there something I am missing with connecting my transmitter?

Is there a known problem with the cables?

Seems to be a theme in this forum. Maybe STL can help. I have a Futaba 6ATX, crystal out, power on, PPM, anything I am missing? I am not into resoldering wires or grounding myself to the computer...

It is a sweet lil' plane. I use the Himax outrunner on mine.
Easy to fly with low settings on the control surfaces.
