you can't beat it for ease of cleaning or repair
everything is in the open,just 4 screws and out comes the radio and servos,4 more...

i own a MGT and a friend has a Savage
in a drag race i can take him with no problem
clean up is way harder on a Savage
but for reliability you just can't beat a Savage,we have beat the snot out...

i've got rc screwz in my MGT and i also had a problem with stripping the heads on some of them.
just doesn't seem to be a tight fit with any of the wrenches that i have

you can use rpm ones for a maxx...rpm makes the adapters for them

rpm arms are a good start
no truck can be really bullet proof but the MGT is a pretty good truck
i've never raced mine,just bash the snot out of it
