Hi,

Keep it simple ! If you have a Plan 1:1 print it on paper. Cut it out and use it as the template. At the beginning I use strong paper, but in fact it works with regular paper.

I use a variac driving an arc welder. Plenty of power, you can heat any kind of wire. But be carefull start always with 0V at the variac and do NOT overheat the wire !!! :D
