Ummm... on the inside? At first I thought maybe the Testors paint I was using was not meant for lexan, but I think I just sprayed too many coats.

I agree with pointblank. I have used about 3 gallons and mine sounds better, but still crunchy. When I'm driving it sounds okay.

It's the noisy brakes that alarmed me at first!
