small, waterproof access for rx battery charging???

I installed a rechargeable receiver pack in
a boat (TC31). I would like to be able to
charge the pack w/o removing & re-installing
the screws, gasket, and lexan plate each

* Pro Boat ThunderCat 31 w/ Dynamite .32 running
O'Donnell 20% fuel. Various carb settings (incl.
factory settings)
