I am runing my OPS with a 11x7 Masterscrew at 14300RPM (Tach readings) on ground. I estimated my aircraft goes 160 km/h. Can I get more speed ? Are the tacho readings OK for this engine? I would like...

Yes I think a perry pump would be enough. I think that connecting this pump to a little water tank in front of the propeller would be enough to cool the system.
