+1 to both. It is simply not possible to accurately recreate cross sections from a simple 3 view drawing. All the 3 view gives you is width and height at a station and the rest is undefined.

Laminating epoxy or polyurethane glue are far and away the best choices for sheeting foam core wings. You don't need a vacuum bagging system, weights work just fine.
