I solved the problem of the wobbly retracts on the H9 T6. I bent a new set of retract struts out of 3/16 wire. I was able to bend them where the coils fit the opening exactly and and did not have to...

Anytime you charge a battery the amps will start out high and decease as the battery charges. At the same time the voltage will be at its lowest value and will increase as the battery charges.
